Lovely pair of dining or side chairs designed by Alfred Hendrickx for Belform. These chairs are from Alfred’s early design period in the 50s where he was clearly inspired by Italian and Scandinavian designers. As such they feature a very light and elegant black lacquered wooden frame. The seats have been reupholstered with a decorative fabric. They remain in excellent condition with normal traces of use. These chairs by Hendrickx are rarely seen.
