Teak 'Paola' Sideboard by Oswald Vermaercke for V-Form, 1959
Beautiful model 'Paola' sideboard designed by Oswald Vermaercke for V-Form in 1959. It was named after the Belgian queen Paola who married Albert II the King of Belgium in the same year. This model was produced in different sizes and this particular example has two sliding doors and 4 beautiful drawers on the right side. In my eyes the best proportioned model and also less offered than the bigger examples. It's in very good original condition with some small traces of use as seen on the pictures. Fun fact: this sideboard was found in France since V-Form also did some export sales on the French market back in the day. Happy to bring it back to Belgium!
